In 1993, Bill passed away and his son Rick Leonard took over the reins of the company. Rick was able to increase the growth of the company to more of a reliable regional HVAC provider. Rick passed away in 2009. Keeping with the family-owned tradition, Darlene Leonard took over where Rick had left off. Our company is the only woman-run HVAC company in Sikeston.
