I personally know all the people who work here, and they provide great service. People just say that random crap to get others to not even take a look around in there. If you want great service, go to this place.

They're rude jerks in there. Well, mainly the owner. Go to Walmart. The merchandise is just as good, WAY cheaper, and you don't have to do business with a man that clearly thinks he's better than you.

The owner of that place is, in many people's opinion, a terrible, awful man. He talks bad about his customers behind their back and is rude to anyone he doesn't personally benefit from. Also, he has been known to take things not belonging to him. However, if you're involved in making him some money he'll be a great guy to kiss your @$&. Just make sure you walk away from him backwards because he'll have a knife in your back before you're out the door.



There are many people in this town that have had similar bad or worse experiences with this company and it's owner. In this town alone, I know of 17 different household who refuse to use Bell Office for that very reason.



The reasoning behind his ADMITTED inability to care how he treats people is because Bell Office has contracts with many big companies in the area, so they don't care about the individual customer.



We're all just [quote] "nickels and dimes anyway"... to him.



So...FYI, Walmart has all the same stuff and they're WAY cheaper, anyway.
