I wrote this review....it turned out to be 5 pages long of just how much 5 star had screwed up on the installation of our new duel-fuel heat pump system. I cannot put it all here.



To highlight a few:



Terrible communication

Sloe to get financing approved

Slow to set up appointments

did not finish installation and had to come back later

terrible communication

unhelpful

rude

patronizing

lots of misdirection

incompetent

oh and did I mention :TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION



this sounds harsh, I know, but the explanation was too big to put in this review. Let me just say if you need a new furnace/ac system in less than a months time, you should go with a different company.

Well, got to give them an A for effort! they have been here 3 time to fix what started out as a rattle in our 2 yr. old Mobile Home, but, either Coleman makes bad materials, (Housing unit cage) or This, 'Five Star Heat & Air, CO.Siloam Springs, Ar. 497-524-4999' has problems with who they get their parts from, and the tech who tried to install the part has allot to be desired, for all he did was complain he wasn't getting paid for his time & Labor! I do realize time's are hard now days, but, come on! It wasn't easy for a Dsabled War Veteran, with cancer to come by the over $450.00 to pay him either, lets try to show some kindness for others and do better on the work we do, The American way! But, all in all they did try!
