love this place

One of the best places to eat in Siloam Springs! The food is always hot and fresh everytime we eat there. When we do take out they are always fast and very nice.

I have been eating at Hunan Vi...

I have been eating at Hunan Village since I was a little kid. (Since they were in the original building) The food there has always been very good. They don’t have crab rangoon, instead they have cheese puffs on their menu and to the best of my acknowledge they has never been sweet. Trust me, I have been eating there for the past 15 years. After I read your review, Hammonsbobbi, I went to ask about the meat egg rolls the last time I eat there. The server told me that they make all of the egg rolls fresh they are not frozen. I know they have changed to paid first before eating since they moved to the new building. I don’t understand why that is a big deal to people. There are many buffet places does that now, for example, Western Sizzlin, Golden Corral and Ryan’s. Since you know it is a buffet, why did you think that you don’t have to pay for drink togo? It is an all you can eat place, the drink is no different than the food that is on your plate. You can eat and drink all you want, but you cannot eat and drink all you want and take free food and drink home at the same time. Also, since you are not from Siloam Spring and don’t know anything about the town. Siloam Springs has a very low crime rate.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The food wa...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The food was horrible, crab ragoons are supposed to be sweet, they were cold and very bland, fried rice was dry and no taste at all, no shrimp sauce the little bit of what they called "sushi" was gross. the only thing that was ok was the meat egg rolls but im sure that's because they get them frozen and all they have to do is heat them up. i can say the banana pudding was good, but thats it-- our drinks were flat and couldn't get them re filled. If you have an elderly person in your group you would have to watch them carefully, there was a film on the floor that made it very slippery my 7 yr old and I both almost feel a couple of times. I was not ok with the fact that as soon as we walked in we had to pay first, it is a buffett we have been all over the place and never had to pay first anywhere, its not fast food why would we?? My only guess was maybe it was a high crime area, although i think even the worst of criminals would pass up stealing this food, after our meal was finished (which believe me didnt take too long at all ) I asked a waitress if I could get a to go cup and she told me i would have to pay for it up front by the door!! OMG!! I told my daughter we would stop at a convenience store to get her a drink. we live about an hour or so from Siloam springs and half way home my husband became very sick, later that night my daughter was complaining of stomach cramps. If you can-- pass this place by, don't risk it. If i had to say anything nice at all is, it looks like its in a new building thats all i can say good about it.
