I take my son to Sager Creek and I have always been pleased with the office and doctors. They have worked us in same day on the few times my son was very sick. We have met with 2 of the doctors and their nurse practitioner, all were wonderful! The bad review is not an accurate rating of this business, in my opinion.

I feel like this could be a good place to take your kids when they are sick if you could ever make it past the waiting area. There always seems to be some type of problem. If there isn't a problem you can just sit and wait for an hour while the rude women at the check in desk give you awful attitude. When you ask a question or attempt to explain something to them they argue with you. My children are extremely sick and they refused to see one of them after they had already made an appointment for her. I will not be taking my kids back to this clinic. It's sad that now it's more about how much money you can spend to have your children seen than their actual health. Pathetic......
