Cobb-Vantress is a leader in poultry research, development, production and sale of broiler breeding stock. The Cobb-Vantress male and female pure lines are housed on four separate research complexes throughout Missouri, Oklahoma and Kentucky. These complexes provide state-of-the-art farm, hatchery and employee facilities. The complexes also house test units for assessing the performance of breeders and broilers at all stages. Four commercial breeds are evaluated at a time and up to 40 broilers cross a year. The Cobb 500 is among the world s most popular broiler breeders. Cobb has distributors throughout the world, including the Netherlands, Germany, England, Syria, Egypt, Spain, Brazil, Sweden, Mexico, Dominican Republic and South Africa.
