I called in the morning to request a septic tank cleaning. As we were trying to figure out a day, I mentioned it was bubbling in the tub when I flushed the toilet. The man said in that case he would work me in sometime today. Within a half hour, someone called and said they were on their way. The employee was courteous, and I worked to help my problem. I would recommend them highly.

As a company we strive to hire descent and honest individuals. If we find out that there is a problem with one of our employees, we try to take care of the problem at the time of occurence. We know it is not the customers job to police our employees, but we would hope that the customer would contact us regarding the situtation at hand so that we could immediatly take care of the issue. That is theft. As a homeowner myself, if I thought an employee was deliberately stealing from their company, I would contact them. They are not only stealing from the company but stealing work from the other employees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Very dishonest employee (vacuum truck driver) don't trust them, makes deals without his bosses knowledge. Using company equipment for side work.

Take it from us don't use them. We opened a second location and decided to try them out. Let's just say it cost us more if we had just paid our old guys double for fhe drive here

one of the drivers also tried to extort money from us when they "found" some thing in our tank. When we refused to give them the cash they threatened to report us to the health department for some bogus claim. Never again

This company did a poor job and then wouldn't stand behind their work. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
