Rude.rude.rude owner who sopose to be a christian.run down units.with heavy electrical problems.outlets don't work.toilet flushes slow and backs up!!German roaches everywhere.and don't ever think you will get your deposit back no matter what...the circumstances.its part of her game.quick turnover.shame on HER!!!!!

just called because I know they are a crappy place and I was looking for something cheap. $800 for a three bedroom in that dump and talked to the rudest women I have ever spoken to!!!!!!!!! How do they do any business when they are answering the phone like that??

VERY rude staff and low maintenance. Constant problems with electricity. Mobile homes in really rough condition. Not worth it!

horrible living conditions. I had a horrible problem with roaches and spiders and when i asked her to fumigate she was rude and only did 1 room which does not help. There was random holes in the wall and some major water damage. Save your money and rent somewhere else
