When the book I ordered did not show up after a full month and I contacted the vendor and requested that the vendor look into the matter, I was met w/ rude, passive-aggressive response inferring that it was my responsibility to follow up on the matter.

I never received anything that remotely resembled any for of an apology for the screw up, regardless. When I posted this review on Amazon, once again they continued to "blame me" for the issue. These people do not have a clue about customer service and service after sale ! I would not recommend using them.
