We found theTimber Ridge Inn on Friday of Labor Day Weekend 2014. It was very last minute. I got in touch with the owner, Carla Meadows, and she helped me out with everything I needed over the phone. We arrived Friday night and Carla was super nice. She let us pick our room after giving us a tour and then gave us a deal for the weekend we couldn't pass up. The place was super clean and cozy as could be. I recommended this place for anyone looking for a quite fun getaway near the lake. The owners took better care of me at Timber Ridge than anywhere else I've ever stayed!
