I've been taking my cats here for 2+ years and never had a bad experience, over the phone or in person! Always sympathetic. Always professional. Always able to accommodate my schedule and help my cats, who have had a plethora of problems (congestive heart failure...bladder crystals...indigestion...the list goes on). The staff and doctors are great at communicating with other cat specialists when necessary and explaining diagnoses in layman's terms to me. I went to several vets before finding A Cat Practice and they are the best.
