This place is not what it claims to be, i would never recommend anyone put their loved ones here, my father was hit multiple times by the assistants on his head and no one bothered to do anything about it, the assistants in this place are extremely lazy and don't have any respect for the patients that come here.

This place is horrible. They nursing staff is mean. They roll their eyes at my father when he needs help getting in his wheel chair and to go to the bathroom. They yelled at him and me. They also did not know where he was for two days and he was found at Holly Cross. I don't feel that he is safe at Arcola Health & Rehab Ctr.

Arcola Health And Rehabilitation Center is not a nice place to put your love one. They dont care about family there they are out for them selfs. When i was there the building was falling apart and right before i left a new Maintenace Diretor started and was fixing the place up. that was nice to have one that cared about the place. hopefully he will get thing in order there and make people feel good. but the head women is not running the show the staff is.
