Just had my hair done. The stylist did very nice braids, but I was disappointed in the style. When I expressed this to her, she became very upset and would not listen, and blamed me for not liking my hair! She had her friend on the telephone while I was trying to speak with her, which made it even harder to communicate! Very disappointed in the stylist's customer service. She was late arriving to the salon, 20 minutes after me. She never apologized, and then when I paid her, she counted the money and turned her back to me. She never said thank you nor apologized. Very disappointed in the customer service. No matter how well the braids are, I need to be comfortable with the person doing my hair. There is too much competition out there to settle for someone with this type of attitude. We will take our money somewhere else.
