El peor servicio al cliente que he recivido en toda mi vida. Todo un grupo de irresponsables y charlatanes, empesando por un animal que tienen contestando el telefono. No me imagino como pueden colocar a un monstruo analfabeto a servirles a personas. Realmente mi peor experiencia ��������....

We had ok experience with Felipe's Transportation. That was not the case this morning. I called and reserved for my aunt to be picked up this morning (I was told at 6am). I gave their headquarter office my aunt's cell number so they can call and she can get ready in time. First, they called me and left a voice mail. Then they showed up at 5am. Luckily my aunt was ready except for putting her sandals on. I told the driver who was kind of shouting for us to come out if we were traveling. I told you need to wait a second since I was told that she was going to be picked up at 6am. He told me I was being prepotent and arrogant. Last time, I or my family travel using this company. This is not a way to treat a customer. Their lack of communication should not be taken out on the customers.

son unos irresponsables solo manejando arriba del limite, creen que es una carrera de caballos, y de plano los choferes ni tienen CDL con el endorso respectivo, ademas de que no creo que tengan seguro de transporte (Livery Insurance). una pregunta, si es una empresa de transporte que hace la foto de una mujer en el Website??? eso solo hace pensar que ustedes creen que somos estupidos, mejor dediquense a mejorar el servicio!!

choferes cochinos, sobre todo el enano dominicano que ni educacion tiene, Don Felipe, digale a ese su chofer que deje a la mujer en la casa pq ellos no van pagando pasaje y uno si. ese y el gordo que apesta, no bajan de 85 90 mph en la 95 sobre todo despues de Delaware, el otro dia pareciamos gallinas apretados puchos cerdos alli apretados, yo era cliente de ustedes ahora me voy con los lopez aunque son la misma porqueria pero al menos ellos no llevan apretada a la gente, ademas no lo inundan de musica basura en todo el camino. para lo que uno paga, creo que es un insulto pero como los hispanos no nos quejamos, lastima que no hay ningun servicio que valga la pena, ojala primo que pueda contratar a mejores pilotos, pq un dia de estos la policia los va a parar y como ni tienen seguro sus vanes le van a dar una multa

I recently sent a box to NY with this company. When the driver came to pick up the box at the designated location, before he even touched it he was MAD as hell. The box was big enough to fit in one seat, and not that heavy one man could easily pick it up including that obnoxious driver. He told me that if he would have know about this box he would have not pick it up. He continued running his mouth and when he finally placed it in the seat, it only took him ahout a minute, he got even more upset. I did gave all the information to the company before hand, and if there was a problem all they had to do was to charge me more. i would have prefer that than listen to this unprofessional piece of human run his mouth. My friend asked him for few business cards but not to send boxes, he told her that if she was going to send boxes dont bother calling! I was in shock and embarrassed for my friend!! When he left I was restless until the box reach its destination. Not good for business!!
