the same as I would my worst enemy - "avoid this place like the plague" they ignore you when you arrive, are rude when you ask questions and refuse to help you with a product purchased elsewhere, even if you offer to pay them for their time, despite the fact that you have purchased several items there in the past. NO STARS UNLESS MINUS FIVE STARS WOULD COUNT

I shopped at Grandiff Medical Supplies on a neighbor’s recommendation. Their staff was polite and well informed when I called. Service was even better when I visited. Well informed and courteous customer service and a very well equipped store. I certainly will recommend them to friends and family.

I was very pleased with Grandiff Medical Supplies as a whole. They had excellent, prompt service, a very knowledgeable staff and an extensive inventory. Whatever they did not have they ordered for me as quickly as possible. They also had convenient hours and locations. They were open on Saturdays and have two locations making it easy for me to stop by during my lunch break or from the house.
