I am a past tenant [lived there from 1981-2001 [gave up my apartment due to getting stupid & marrying another tenant]. It says 5 stars is a good rating, I rate it 100+! Great staff & tenants! I am now in section 811 that sucks, but it took 10 years before the staff [2] started to see I was a tenant. Since I moved in here in 2002 there has been 1 landlord & 2 agencies, & there is no tenants meeting or coffee shop like Inwood House!
