We bought a used Ford Escape about two weeks ago. The salesperson told us the car had installed GPS, and it turns out it doesn't. There was a piece of molding missing from the front windshield, and the dealer arranged to order the part and was to notify us when it came in. It has now been 12 days since we bought the car, and no word. I called the dealer today, three hours ago, and was told that they would look into the part and get back to me. They have not. Finally, the car was a "certified" used car, which i assume meant it was checked over more carefully than non-certified cars. Despite that, the car sounded a warning today that an oil change was required. I assumed that the oil was changed on the car, and the warning should have been turned off. The initial experience with the dealer was ok, but has not been since.

Excellent service by the ENTIRE sales team at Koons of Silver Spring. I have bought many vehicles over the years from many different dealerships. This was the best experience I have ever had! I had such a great experience that I even had them find me a "slightly" used Toyota for my wife because I didn't want to buy from the local new Toyota dealer. I would highly recommend the team at Koons in Silver Spring, Maryland!
