Our Rehab department provides on-site and in-facility consultation and fitting for clients with specialized needs. Our Claims department offers trained billing specialists to assist you through the process of insurance benefits recovery. We endeavor to provide a full range of mobility aids and assistive technology in order to provide you with a complete, one-stop solution. We offer used equipment, demonstration units, buy back and trade-in options for clients with limited means. At Mobility Solutions, Inc. (MSI), we maintain a modern service department in order to service everything we sell. Our service staff has access to the Internet for quick and easy parts procurement and technical support when needed. MSI's service technicians are also mobile, using our fleet of vans to provide on-site problem resolution when required either during business hours or, if necessary, after hours. We maintain an after hours telephone line where clients may talk with a live customer representative who can have technicians dispatched for emergency services.
