The apartments are infested with cockroaches and other insects. There is trash in the streets because they have insufficient dumpsters and inadequate trash pick-up. The laundry rooms are absolutely FILTHY, and the common areas aren't much better. Parking is a major headache; I often can't park on the street that I live on. They think of trivial reasons to tow your car, never giving you any warning, and then charge $140 to get it back. They even towed my car by mistake and won't refund the $140! Only an idiot would move there.

There is trash in the streets because they have insufficient dumpsters and inadequate trash pick-up. Parking is a major headache; I often can't park on the street that my apartment is on. Residents are treated like inconveniences rather than customers. The office staff is useless. Anything more complicated than writing out a receipt for your rent check is too complicated for them.
