I arrive well ahead of time for my appointment. But, the entrance was too vague, I spent almost 10 minutes figuring out how to get in their basement suite. When they advertise their address as 700 Slige Ave. you would think the entrance is in the front. But, it simply is NOT in the front and there is NO SIGN that directs you to come on the side - even if you finally entered inside the lobby area and look around for any direction. To make things worst, the dentist have the most disrespectful receptionist - who have no clue of what customer service's all about. I don't blame her - because She's probably have no formal training and under paid. When they get a new customer at their place of business, you would think they will do anything to keep that customer - THAT'S NOT THE CASE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! They will run you away at any cost.

Once I passes the disgruntled receptionist, I hoped to have a quality service. But, the dentist didn't even ask me what my problem was and what I'm there for, blah, blah...!!! NOPE! He simply jumped to work... lol. I said, that's fine ... Maybe he wanted to ask me later on after he finished the cleaning part.... I WAS WRONG! AGAIN!!! To make thing worse, he started a long chat with the next customer who was there for his appointment ... with no regard for me who's still waiting to ask some or one of the concern that I had from the beginning. By the time he finished his small talk - while I was still standing there, the next customers turn was up. I finally interrupted their chit-chat (feeling shame for doing so) and asked my question - only to be dismissed as my problem was a minor issue.

LET ME JUST SAY THAT - I HAD TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM A MONTH LATER - FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE - AROUND 2 or 3 AM IN THE MORNING - FOR THE SAME TEETH (ISSUE) THAT I WENT TO SEE THIS "DANTIST" ON THE FIRST PLACE. NEVER WENT BACK AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE ALL BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS - WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR "PROFESSION"!!!!
