I too love this restaruant. However, it is hit or miss with whomever you get on the telephone. I try to limit my salt intake and ask not to have any additional sodium added. Sometimes the food is perfect; sometimes way too saltly for my taste. Love the sauteed spinach (unual for a Chinese restaurant).

The food is excellent, the service is usually good. However, I frequently take advantage of their home delivery service. I always ask for brown rice instead of white rice but a full 50% of the time white rice is delivered. This is frustrating to me because tonight they charged me for brown rice and sent white rice and I only have them deliver after a very hard day's work when I am hungry and usually aching all over. It would be totally impractical to have the driver come back and pick up the white rice and replace it with brown rice. My food would be cold by then and I might lose another half hour.
