My girlfriend and I go regularly, but only on Mondays & Thursdays because these are the days that give customers 25% off everything. Mondays are 25% off always, but Thursdays are 25% off only if you have their discount card (hard plastic credit-card size) which can be gotten for free before Thursdays. The thrift store is huge and most items are reasonably priced - very crowded on discounted days. There's tons of clothing and a large variety of other usual items. One big problem is that there are no dressing rooms. You have to wear clothing that you can try on stuff over your own clothing in front of mirrors that are placed on end isles and sometimes have to wait for others to finish using or share. The area where donated stuff is received and sorted is huge and the store should section off a portion of that area for dressing rooms! Their sister store in Hillandale (New Hampshire Ave), does have dressing rooms - smart. We never leave empty handed. Carts are not allowed to be taken to your vehicle and your bags and stuff has be carried to it or left at the curb to be picked up. They give you a few days to pick up large items like furniture, etc.
