Provided by YPmobileI went to this place for help because I lost tracking number may be they can give some idea concerning about the sent package, the peope are so rude and they laugh at me instead of giving right information, I was not requesting them to violate the policy but customers should be treated as human but they are negligent and non cooporative. Although there is one black lady who assist customer by providing stamp or other staffs, is so rude too! She wear a jacket sying customer service is our priority, but she doesn't obey that! I don't recommend peope to this place as long as customers are not treated equally and respectfuly, they laugh at you including the manager!
