XpressMedCare provides a full range of preventive, primary, and urgent care services. When specialty care is required we refer patients to outside physicians in the appropriate specialty. Each managed care plan has its own rules and regulations for both physicians and patients, but the following general guidelines apply when you choose XpressMedCare as your primary care provider:Urgent Problems:Regardless of which XpressMedCare physician you select as your primary care physician, you may visit any XpressMedCare physician at our center at any time for urgent problems.Chronic Conditions:If you have an ongoing medical condition, like high blood pressure or diabetes, you should try to see the same XpressMedCare physician each time. To insure continuity of care, chronic conditions are best handled by a single physician. Feel free to call the center to determine your primary care physician’s work scheduleReferrals:In general, you must be evaluated by a XpressMedCare physician for any problem before you will be referred to a specialist. Please consult your insurance plan for exceptions to this rule.Co-insurance:Most managed care plans require that you be responsible for an out-of-pocket charge each time you visit your PCP for evaluation or treatment. Out-of-pocket charges vary with different policies and may change depending upon the circumstances of a visit: time of day, day of week, and visit type (medical or injury). These payments are your responsibility and are due at the time of service.Please consult your individual insurance policy for a complete explanation of your out-of-pocket responsibilities.

From the time I entered the facility the staff was open friendly,answered my questions and got me the help I needed. I will not hesitate to come back. They are also quick and efficient.

Extremely satisfied to have located this urgent care facility. All staff very professional and personable. Would highly recommend this facility for medical service. The location is easy access and a lot of parking. The facility is very clean with wipe down chairs in lobby for sanitary reasons.

Came in with burn on right hand was attended fast. Doctor and nurse were great. No wait time very clean office. Nurse washed hands several times I appreciated that. Other nurses don't do that.

I'm pleased the wait was quick and the provider was nice and explained everything that was been done to me . The nurse was kind and sweet . I really recommend this clinic to Anyone. The front desk was nice and smiled a lot.

I desperately needed a last minute appointment to have a company physical form filled out and this clinic let us walk in extremely help and kind!!! Facility was clean and comfortable!
