There is no one better, Mr. Magneson has represented me in numerous cases involving the RCW.59.20 Landlord Tenant Law for Manufactured homes in mobile home parks. We prevailed against Country Lane Mobile Home Park. He has represented others in the same mobile home park regarding various violations of the RCW59.20.

Do NOT work with Dale. I felt uncomfortable from the start. I heard that he could get the job done fast, so I ignored the odd and creepy comments he made to me. I asked him several times over a 9 month period about something I was worried about happening and he reassured me every time that it would be taken care of. It was not. I found out after the meeting of creditors that information he had given me was false. Also, the evening before the meeting, he called and told me that he didn't realize that what I had been worried about was even a factor, even though all of my paperwork had stated this. He promised me it would be taken care of. I was charged an extra $75 for a 5 minute and 32 second phone call and about 30 seconds for him to sign a piece of paper. He takes advantage of his clients, makes false promises, as well as inappropriate comments. I have filed a formal complaint with the bar association because of this. For someone with 25 years of experience, you'd think he would know how to do his job. If you decide to ignore this review and work with him, make sure you have some extra money saved up for the extra charges.
