Might I suggest my experience with this fine establishment is quite different from that of the others on this page. 'Enough for me to suspect the others are written by their competitors, or perhaps the stooges they have hired to denigrate the place. I have had formal shirts cleaned and starched far better than those done by other "professionals" in the area, whose definition of a formal shirt is a wife-beater shirt with correct spelling. Additionally, any of my dry cleaning performed by this place has been fine. Alterations are done correctly and quickly. I recommend Old Town Cleaners without reservation. Of course, you can listen to the naysayers and bring your clothing to them - perhaps they are as good at cleaning as they are at damning their competition. Your call.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I took 3 baseball caps to this cleaner and what I received back was unbelievable. These hats are not even wearable! The edges of the bills are all curled up and the rest of the hat has been shrunk to the point of not fitting. I was shocked by the cost of $22 before I even seen the finished disaster. When I returned to make a complaint the lady at the counter took them to some machine and made a very false attempt at fixing them and came back to the counter pleased with herself. All she would do is shrug her shoulders and get a smirk on her face and when I said you don't even care do you she just kept doing the shrug thing. No matter what I said she would just shrug and get that stupid smile on her face. She ruined $80 worth of hats and didn't give a crap about it. Every person I work with is going to pass this review on and all I can hope for is that someday that woman's business comes to an end. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS AWFUL BUSINESS!!

This place has taken care of my needs for several years and never have I had an issue. No chemical smells, no lost articles just great, friendly service...........always.

My clothes smelled of smoke when i took them out of the bag. When i contacted the owner he said it was from my smoking. I don't smoke!!!

tThey quoted me $35 for dress cleaning and when I returned my bill was over $80. Shady family who pretends not to speak english when a customer questions anything. Never agian!!!!!!

They never remember who I am even though we use thier service weekl. The clothes have taken on a heavy chem smell since new owners aquired the establishment last year. After loosing my blouse last week I am through!
