I have lived in the Santa Fe Ridge Apt. complex in Silverdale for almost 3 years. You don't want to live here! We chose a first floor apartment because we had a young child. If I had known back then that the upstairs neighbors can make as much noise as they want and get away with it, I would've gone elsewhere or moved up a floor! At first glance, the apartments seem nice. However, when you get the chance to move in and actually look around...you change your mind. These apartments were cheaply built and then they charge you out the rear! The appliances are old and have white paint splattered on them, the doors are covered in veneer (and are peeling or have the veneer ripped off in places), walls are cracked, toilets don't work or they've been jerry rigged instead of fixed properly, rooms do not have light fixtures, no ac...the list goes on and on. If we have learned anything from living here, DON'T LIVE IN APARTMENT COMPLEXES!! What tops everything is that the management doesn't take complaints seriously. Covered parking is for residents only and one spot is assigned to each apartment. There are certain people who park wherever they please (in covered spots) and they have yet to be ticketed as the lease states. We plan on moving shortly and will find a home to rent. This review is also posted on the HRA communties page. They own a list of apt. complexes and the reviews for this company aren't good! Please read them!
