I found this self storage quite accidently and couldn't have been happier! I would still be using them but was transferred out of state.I move a lot with my job and have used storage in 20 different properties from coast to coast, and three in Central Kitsap, and I have never seen anything that compares to this self storage. It is the cleanest and most secure storage I have ever found and to top it off, it is climate controlled, no kidding they keep it as warm as my home. I stored everything in my home for three years and when I came back my furniture and boxes didn't even have dust on them.I was AMAZED! I never worried at all about how safe my belongings were. The manager and staff were always courteous and cheerful. She processed my payments for me with no extra charge and no mistakes. She even emailed me when I was out of the country to keep my credit card info current. I recommend Silverdale Storage to anyone I know who needs a storge unit. ###James L.

The majority of my time as a customer at silverdale self storage was very positive. The facility is very clean, safe and climate controlled. However, moving out was a less-than-satisfactory experience and they are very unreasonable about their 10-day move out notice. Despite submitting my 10-day notice, the manager Paula still managed to laywer her way into overcharging me by claiming I didn't really say I was moving out and then refused to correct the overcharge while claiming that she physically couldn't do it and I would be taking money out of her own pocket. Shameful. The check-out experience definitely soured my entire experience there.
