We just had our house appraised by this man, and it was the worst experience. I live in a four bedroom home with three bathrooms and two kitchens. I was told to have my house appraised so that it can be refinanced. The three day appraisal service came to my house in such a rush, they listed that my house was only three bedrooms, two bath, with one kitchen. Then compared it with other local listing that were only one-two bedroom homes, with one bath!!! You can't compare a one bedroom home with a FOUR bedroom home. He appraised the house at almost $40,000 less then market value! When I called to confront him on his mistake, he refuses to return my calls. This is a terrible way to do business. And because of him, my refinance application was declined.

If economical food is what you are after, there isn't anything that can compete with Tacobells, but when you consider the filth of the dining area, I would steer away from this place. Probably the best thing to do is drive-thru for the usual Tacobell fare.
