Provided by YPmobileWhen the roof of the apartment leaked. The main people want nothing to do with it and says its fine.. and they have bad respect for their costmers.. plan rude. They are suppose to take care of their people instead of being rude. So they r going to just let the roof rott and cave in and fall.. its moldy and cracks everywhere. Its not normal for the roof to spill out water.. this place is some where u never what to live.. not food customer service. . Never live there. U will not be happy and u will find plenty of problems with the place.. thank you

Provided by YP.comIn almost every corner you will find deep holes/ giant gaps between the sheet rock and floor. The kitchens laminate is un-peeling off of the wall and the counter. The deck in the kitchen sick are is falling threw( yes they even tried painting over it), not to mention there paint job was so bad in the cabinets that EVERYTHING sticks and ends up ripping the undried paint off.The parking is outrageous, I get a covered parking spot and a free spot, and i typically can never park in my covered because someone is parked so close or is crossing the line into my spot. The sad part is its mainly residents that do it! I have a newborn that I cant even get out of my car hardly because the residents are so disrespectful towards there neighbors.
Like I said, they installed support beams everywhere that makes the apt complex look like its about to fall down. Not to mention again, but the MANAGER lets her dog POOP anywhere it wants, and then she leaves it there. The grounds people finally notice that there dog turd in every other step in of the grass so they put out flyers, and NOTHING gets done.Good luck trying to get the maintenance people to ever do there job. Its been 6 months not, and no one has came by to fix ANYTHING that I keep reporting. They are completely oblivious or just do not care about there job. Your better off fixing everything yourself like I have had to do. t must be in the job description to work at this place to not have any degree of work ethic. When my Fiance and I first showed up asking for a two bedroom and 2 bath they showed us there display room. It looked GREAT and we agreed to a room exactly like that and the deal was done. The next day when we came to move in, she told us that now our apartment that we agreed on is no longer available, but she told us she found a handicap that was exactly the same. Jokes on us, we checked it out and there is NOTHING the same. Then they showed us another apt that again was not anything like the one we had originally agreed on and was a HIGHER price. We pretty well "had no choice" because everything we owned was in out vehicle. All of the lady's that work there are total snobs and you can hear it in there voices. The staff will do there VERY best to screw you over in every shape an form. They come off military friendly but in all actuality they are not. I was told with the military clause I was signing that as soon as I receive orders I can easily get out of my lease. Well when they changed the law in August they did not notify me or even ask to come in and sign new paper work. Then they try to sucker you for extra months that you wont even be present for. I even gave extra reasons why I wanted out and was basically told I have to pay another month on top of the other month that I wont even be present for. Multiple times I tried to call Pinnacle to attempt to talk to someone over the managers here, all you get is answering machines or forwarded to another answering machine. Apparently the staff is worthless on every level with this apartment complex. Look at all of these reviews and how long they've been bad and NO ONE has done anything about it. Never in a million years would I ever recommend this apartment complex to ANY of my fellow service members. This has to be the worst place you could ever sign up with. Everything is falling apart, no one really helps, and you cant even rely on a MANAGER to be the neighbor you expect them to be. This place has long been a lost cause and DO NOT get suckered in to spending YOUR money at this apartment complex. It is not worth the hassle.

I am disabled. In April 2010, the walkway that lead to the parking lot was taken down - no warning given - and I had no way to get to my apartment. I sometimes use crutches but often rely on a wheelchair. I literally crawled to and from my apartment. This went on for two months. When I told the management that I had to move to accessible housing, I was told that that was too bad and that I would still be responsible for buying my way out of my lease.
I need help. I can't afford to build a ramp (that was a suggestion) and I feel that since I had no accedss to my apartment, at least the pay off should be proratedc.
Any apartment that treats his tenants this way isn't a place that anyone should want to live in.
{lease, if anyone has a suggestions, let me know. I have found a level apartment but can't afford to pay off the lease and move. When I moved in, I was assured that my apartment would always be accessible.
