I just finished my last appointment (FotoFacial) with Tina and I couldn't be more pleased! From the first consultation to the last appointment, I was informed of each step of the process and made comfortable through each visit. More importantly, I love my results! Thank you Tina!

Okay, i went to see them today for my Lazer hair removal. I have PCOS. I had baby sitting for my kids arranged but it all fell through when my husband had to go into work on an emergency when he was expected to be home. I had my kids. And its CLEARLY an appointment where kids should not be present. I understood that from the get go. But there is also the fact that i would be canceling at about 30 min before the appointment. Bad too... So i decided to try to make the appointment. But i was very emotional. Its been a very bad year for me and the hair growth was/is really damaging my self esteem. At first the front desk receptionist seemed a little heartless. But then i really think she realized i am like completely off my rocker. Haha. She was great talking me into staying and figuring something out. They had a staff member watch my kids for about fifteen min while the procedure was done. Tina even followed me into the bathroom where my four year old had to use at the worst possible time! (I am so sorry!) Where she managed to get the low down on my situation. I am just so sorry you had to deal with my basket case self today. And for your accommodations and your wonderful help i want to acknowledge your clinic as a good place. You helped an overwhelmed and tired mom finally do something to make myself feel better. Thank you.
