I spoke with Matt at All-Valley who was very helpful the 2-3 times we spoke. I told him what stuff I needed to store and asked what size would I need. Saturday I went to the storage facility to load everything in when we realized it wasn't big enough. Now something I noticed living in the mountains is they don't have city hours, but I tried repeatedly on Saturday to get a-hold of someone in the office to no avail. They didn't even have a message machine or emergency on-call! Being that I was in a time crunch I made a 'judgment call' to look for an empty unit and then talk to the office on Monday when open and trade units. While loading the manager came out. I was relieved to try and fix the issue; however she said for me to load my "shit" (I quote) out & come back Monday. She also said that she can't just "turn on the computer" and this unit is $180. Customer Service is lacking when it seems people think all they have to do is punch in & out and not give exceptional customer service!!!
