Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO HERE, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. The one in Denver might be worth it, but this Silverthorne location is ridiculous. They've had my car for going on 6 weeks and it still is not repaired! All they do is provide excuses and missed calls. Trying to get a solid answer from these guys is impossible. Transfer my car from shop to shop, with each shop putting on the part wrong and making the process 2x longer. Instead of getting a full diagnosis of the problem, I got bits and pieces on a weekly basis. It seemed like every day there was something different. You have to basically hound on these guys to give you any detailed response. Easy for them to tell you to be patient when it's not their car being fixed for going on 7 weeks! If you can find any reason to avoid this place, do so. You will be doing yourself a tremendous service and save a lot of unnecessary headache.

Provided by YPmobileIf I could go lower I would. Lady at front desk friendly while everyone else is standing around unwilling to help. I was there twice in 2 days same story. No wonder all the reviews say how slow they are we finally decided to take our vehicle elsewhere after being told it would be fixed in two days they weren't even going to look at it for at least a week

Provided by YP.comFirst of all, I would like to say that I am a very understanding person. I work in customer service and realize we are all human and make mistakes... That being said: I brought my car in for two repairs - One on each side. The repair took 5 days longer than they originally said, and when I went to pick my car up, not only did they completely forget to fix one side, my hood had scratches all over it and my front seats had wax and filth all over them. He made me bring it back the next week because he "didn't want to pay for a rental over the weekend". EXTREMELY inconvenient for me. They repainted my hood and cleaned up my seats, thankfully. When I went to pick it up the 2nd time, my window visor on the door that he fixed was broke. It's on the drivers side so I KNOW for a fact it was not broke. He told me it was broke before they started on the car WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. He refused to replace it, and it will cost me $60+ to buy an entire new set. Overall I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the entire experience. I feel they did NOT care for my vehicle and did what was most convenient for them in every situation. I will make sure to recommend people NOT go there. That was NOT the reputable company they claim to be. Horrible service. GO ELSEWHERE!
