Iif they say guarantee/warranty their repair work, better get it in writing: After work was supposedly completed and paid for, with barely 300+ miles on my vehicle, the issue has not been resolved. With no phone calls returned for 4 MONTHS' TIME that my vehicle was in their care (until the bill was due) AND the final costs exceeded original estimate, seems it should be in their best interest to actually make the vehicle work and make good on their name --- they asked, when I finally reached them, "What they had done wrong - they said it was not their problemâ¦" Nearly $7,000+ later, after getting it RE-FIXED by someone else, Peak to Peak has left me SOL.Litigation will ensue.

I was traveling to Vail area in my '98 Airstream with Cummins pusher. Experienced starting problems and called Peak to Peak for assistance. They didn't disappoint. Senior mechanic with helper arrived on time and took care of the problem. If Im ever in the area again and experience mechanical trouble Peak to Peak will get the call.

Let me start by saying that I am leery of any mechanic that I hire on the road. As the owner of a small trucking company I have been screwed over more time than I care to admit by mechanics. My Kenworth was having constant air problems. It had been in the shop 4 times in a matter of 7 days( Mostly TA's) for the same problem. Each mechanic diagnosed a different reason for the problem and long story short I had spent over $1600 and the problem still persisted. So when my truck went down again on I-70 near Silverthorne, CO I was reluctant to call for another roadside service. I could't find reviews for any of the mechanics in the area so I blindly picked Peak to Peak. I got to say as soon as I talked to John(owner) I new I had called the right place. Just by talking to him I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and to top that his prices are more than fair($85/hour, $85 for call out). He fixed the problem that nobody else seemed to be able to fix and did so for only $170. SO if your in the area I strongly recommend calling John.
