Lost 3out of 4 packages I sent to Breckinridge, so far. Losing faith for the 4th one, paid 2 day air and who the heck is in charge here? Ruined my kid’s Christmas

Received a notice of a package which was undelivered on the 19th of November. Drove to Silverthorne from outside of Fairplay to pick up said package. Discover package was shipped back on the 18th of November. Over 100 miles of driving for nothing.
Call UPS customer services to have package redelivered to my front door.
Again the package is sent to Silverthorne UPS only to be shipped back multiple times without any notice of arrival to the Silverthorne facility.
After a month of emails and phone calls I have yet to receive the package and am now being told they lost it.
I had to reorder merchandise and have it shipped via the USPS. UPS now owes me in travel expenses, loss of income, loss of package and a cost of reordering.
UPS Silverthorne has not done the job they were hired to do. They insist that it is I who is at fault for not picking up the package in a timely manner.
UPS Customer services has received every bit of information needed to track and find package yet they request the same information over and over. You would think after 22 emails and numerous phone calls they should have been able to get this figured out.
My package is still lost and the gifts inside are past the time they should have been gifted.
UPS lost a customer!
