Our 16 room boutique hotel is a wonderful and modern contrast to Silverton, Colorado's rugged mountains and Wild West charm. Located on Silverton's main street, the 1902 landmark building has been reimagined with the comforts and amenities of an urban boutique hotel and is a welcoming, thoughtfully appointed space, perfect for artists, creatives, and adventurers. Following a successful career in the freight business, Louis Wyman built The Wyman Building in 1902 on the same site where his old freighting office had been. The first floor included a mercantile, a gas station, and even housed the town trolly. The second floor of the building was originally designed as a ballroom and lodge hall, with an adjoining banquet room. Both halls were well furnished and equipped with anterooms as well as a lounge for the ladies. For many years, the top floor was busy with social activities almost every night.
