Located on Silverton's main street, the 1902 landmark building has been reimagined with the comforts and amenities of an urban boutique hotel and is a welcoming, thoughtfully appointed space, perfect for artists, creatives, and adventurers. Following a successful career in the freight business, Louis Wyman built The Wyman Building in 1902 on the same site where his old freighting office had been. The first floor included a mercantile, a gas station, and even housed the town trolly. The second floor of the building was originally designed as a ballroom and lodge hall, with an adjoining banquet room. Both halls were well furnished and equipped with anterooms as well as a lounge for the ladies. For many years, the top floor was busy with social activities almost every night.
