I like gold Key they are always very helpful. been going to them for years never had a problem they did not help me with. If the car was out of warrienty they sill referred me to their mechanic.

I will second that what the previous reviewer said and I will explain why 1. yes they will stiff you for repairs I told them the alternator went out after I had gotten it fixed they said you should have told us then that was the last of it 2. the cars that they sell they are selling at excellent condition when they are far from it example my car kbb value is 4k for excellent no a/c in the car cassette player doesn't work rust spots chips in paint and they want a total of 8k for it 3. Miss one payment by let's say one day they freak out and will call you constantly one time I was short 5 dollars they continued to call me for that 5 dollars 4. Keegan's new secretary Claudia has no people skills and will always assume that you are lying 4. Once you sign that contract then you're screwed they personally told me "if we repo your car and you don't come back for it in 30 days we will garnish either your pay checks or even your co-signers pay checks I'm to the point where if I ever win the lottery I will personally stand in front of their establishment for days giving people that want to buy a car there 10k just to buy a car someplace else I even made this account just now so I could post this and typed everything up on my phone that's how bad they are at this establishment

Do not go to Goldkey in Silvis, Il. They are crooked and they stiff you for repairs on their jumk they have down their. DONT GO THERE !! People of the QC Gold Key is Silvis is a rip off !! My daighter bought a car from them and they first had to replace the brakes and she didnt even have the car 24 hours! Then the rubber seal around her door comes off, so they say. And then the timing change needs replaced and now not only do they have her car for now over a week and it has gone to 2 repair shops, but now she has to pay for the rental !! This is a bad company and they have nothing but junk down there!! STAY AWAY FROM GOLDKEY in SILVIS!!!!!
