Provided by YPmobileI have had nothing but great customer service and great airbrush tanning results the color is perfect with no orange effect what so ever! The woman who does them is so sweet and she makes it so comfortable! She even calls you the next day to ask how the tan came out! reading the last comment throws me for a loop! I don't know about the girl below but I for one don't believe that's true prob another jealous person or business because they really go out of there way to keep us happy! Ill be back!

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment for an airbrush tan...for my first appointment the technician did not show up nor did they call me to reschedule. I was then offered a reschedule with 50% off and a free touch up, so I accepted. I then scheduled my touch up and the technician once again did not show up nor did they call me to reschedule. I left my number with the receptionist, three days later I had to call the salon to find out how they planned on rectifying the situation. I am still waiting a call back from the salon owner. The only reason I even got the airbrush tan was due to a holiday party. So when my second appointment was missed, this meant I had to try to figure out what to do to make myself look tan for a party the next day. Very disappointed in the lack of service and unprofessionalism of missing appointments without as much as a call to reschedule. Especially when it happens to the same customer twice.

We realize that it is because of your help and others like you that we are able to provide our services. As I mentioned to you during our conversation, I sincerely apologize for your unprofessional experience. We will review your concerns with our employee's along with our expectations to you as a customer. I apologise for this and the inconvenience it has caused. I agree that on this occasion our service has not been to the high standards we aim to achieve. As a result of your complaint, we are cross training staff to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you again, Michelle, for bringing this to my attention. I hope this letter has resolved your concerns, We thank you for telling us about this incident.

Provided by YP.comGreat place will be back! My lil Slugger and I checked it out wanted to see what the kids area was about and was impressed it was awesome! They also give the kids snacks and juice and its all free! Was strangely clean for a salon! The counter girl Melissa or Megan I think was her name was really good and sweet with kids she plays, teaches, and does all kinds of stuff with them while you getting worked on! My Slugger didn't want to leave he really liked her to say in the least! The girls that did our hair I cant remember there names think it was Nicole and Alexis I could be wrong but they were great talked the whole time and really took there time and made sure we were happy! Slugger didn't even fuss, his girl was goofy and made it fun for him which is uncommon! No complaints here! I'd recommend them! just telling you my own experience! I went to sunny sensations and had the best experience! My stylistic did a wonderful job cutting my hair! I was very impressed on how she treated me she was very nice and I definatly will return! Also I have tanned there by far the cleanest and nicest salon I've ever been to

Provided by YP.comThis is the best place out there. It is clean and looks great . The people that work there are the best in the Quad Cities. They really know what they are doing and make their customers feel very welcome. You know that when you first walk in you are going to get great service. The Tanning beds are great very clean and well maintained. It is a very upscale salon with down home people.

Provided by YP.comVERY VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED!!! ALWAYS DOING BULB MAINTANCE! HAIR STYLISTS ALL REALLY TAKE THEIR TIME AND PUT ALOT OF EFFORT INTO WHAT YOU WANT! NEVER RUSHED OUT THE DOOR! ALWAYS SMILING AND SOCIALIZING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS! VERY GOOD AND SWEET PEOPLE THERE!!! WE WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AS LONG AS THEY ARE HERE!
