Thank You Simi RV for all your help and guidance from the beginning of the purchase till well after I brought the RV home. I still contact Norm when I have a question about the RV and he responds quickly with an answer. Thank you for everything.

This was our first time with 101 RV rental in Simi Valley. we chose it because we like to keep our business local. I give this place ONE STAR, and that's only because of the receptionist "Melisa" who was very nice.We were told that if there is a problem or concern about the RV, we should call "don". After we arrived at our RV park , we realized that the DVD and TV are not connected so our kids can not watch anything and also the oven is not working for our toasts. And on our way back in 114 degrees temperature in the Mohave our generator is not stay on and we do not have rear AC ????

Every time we call "don" about anything he either blame it on some one else or the owner of the RV or make other excuses . Also he kept our deposit for over ten days , because he is swamp with work or running ONE MAN operations??!!

We never received credit for any of these items that were not working and he deny that we ever call him for anything .We also been over charge for the things that was not mentioned to us before the departure.
