Good place to go and work out. But you have to pick wisley on what day you work out here. This place is popular for people to go to. Dont go on Sundays, very popular for people to come and work out right before the start of the week.I recommend taking a class, this way you dont have to wait in line for a treadmill or a bike and you still get a work out and feel great afterwards.Personally I love the kick-boxing class or the pilates class. Great Instructors.
