very good place to eat and have have the kids have fun

Overcharged me on food, when I questioned the cashier about this and I was told that they automatically charge 18% gratuity on everything. So this means that the total charge of my pizza and tokens had the 18% gratuity plus the tax. Definitely, better off going to Toppers or just pick up pizza at Little Caesar's and get a movie at Red Box instead since many of the games at Big Z's are broken.

Pizza and salad bar are ok. The arcade is pointless, most of the games don't work or work properly. Save your money.

This is essentially a poor mans version of Chuck E Cheeses, but the price is right and there is a decent selection of arcade machines for kids to play on.

Unless you like your pizza to have some sort of orange sludge resting on top of what was supposed to be cheese. I would not recommend this place.



On top of the bad pizza, the video games were a disgrace. Not only were they outdated by about 10-15 years, but half of them were out of order or did not work properly.
