- i! My name is Chloe Mneimne and I am a freelance Makeup Artist. I am a licensed cosmetologist and am professionally trained from Makeup Designory in Burbank. I have been working in the field for two years doing hair and makeup for clients. Before I started pursuing a career in beauty, I attended Academy of Art University in San Francisco for film. So while being able to have a creative eye, I know what looks good on camera and can match the makeup with the theme. I enjoy being creative with my makeup applications! I love to play with color. Also NOTE: I am a METICULOUSLY CLEAN person in regards to my makeup. Above the importance of giving the client their dream makeup, I have STRICT cleanliness practices. Every brush I use on a client must be DISINFECTED thoroughly before it can be used on another person. I have many brush sets so I have a whole new one for each person. I do not throw my makeup around or leave it open to chance it being contaminated. I NEVER use makeup straight from the container to apply on a model. I use 99% alcohol on all my tools, palettes and palette knives, etc. I do not double dip in cream products, including: mascara, foundations, lipsticks, eyeliners, chapsticks, blushes, primers, etc. I use makeup cleaning spray and alcohol to disinfect my powder products. My whole kit goes through a deep cleanse after makeup applications. Please do not hesitate to shoot me a message!
