I go to her also and I completely agree, there isn't any kind of warm connection at all and it's like she doesn't care. I've really been struggling and communicated really well what I've been experiencing and all she did was recommend therapy when I think my meds really need to be adjusted. All she did was refill my current ones and sent me on my way. She will not refill your meds unless you see her personally. I'm almost out and can't get in to see her. I'm going to get a new doctor but anyone who's seen a psychiatrist knows it takes a little while to get in to see a new doctor & I need my meds adjusted and filled. Very frustrated with all of it. I highly recommend finding a different physician.

Found out from insurance, billing me illegally.
Started a formal grievance with Anthem who informed me of what she is doing. Find anyone else.
