John great customer service

Getting in an accident is unfortunate. Hassling with insurance companies just adds to the frustration. John Ellington, the Manager at First Collision, understands this and makes the process as easy as possible. We dropped the car off, he arranged the loaner, dealt with the insurance company, and called us when the car was ready. Easy, and a pleasure to do business with. We hope we never get in another accident again, but if we do, we know who to call. Thanks John.
