Went in today on my lunch break to check it out, seen 3 little stools with paint chipping off but thought I could put a little tlc in to them for my kids to have for art activities. I asked an employee for price since there was no price on them, she sent me up front with the women who was in charge. I asked her for the price and she just walked away from me went straight to the back and shouted to other employees(not sure what was said). She than came with a price gun and marked $45 dollars on them. She didn't even acknowledge me almost like if I never asked for a price check and she just walked right passed me. This lady really needs some help with common courtesy.... I won't be coming back to this place.

something is definitely fishy about this place. I think the people in the back filter the good merchandise and keep it for themselves and bring the junk into the store to sell at astonishingly high prices. This is a disappointing place and i'll be writing the officials in the city of simi about investigating this place

I am a low-income Senior trying to make ends meet and in search of a reasonable kitchen hutch to store my items. My Daughter and I walked into this Re-Store and saw a small kitchen hutch in natural unfinished wood. Broken latch and very thin nailed backing. It would have sufficed.

We asked a woman what the price was as nothing was posted. She said, "this was just brought in and it will be priced at about $175. - $200.!!! What? A much larger hutch next to it in much better condition was only $135.

I've notice the prices in this Re-Store establishment have gone through the roof.

Hey, the items you have are DONATED.. Why do you have to try and gouge people! Especially those that can't afford it!!!

I thought this was a place to help those in need. I guess not. I call to have a 3 year old couch and tables picked up. The couch has no rips and new harder cushions. Funny reading their website, "They only except new items in excellent condition." Where are those new items in store, cause I have seen nothing but broken down items in there. This couch would have problably been one of their nicer ones in there. Oh well, I will find a family in need of something to sit on. I know someone is out there.
