It's been the worst year of service. Last year the office staff changed our appointment time but blamed us (even though the appointment card was in their writing). The receptionist said "we haven't been open at that time for a month" - well obviously you booked the appointment 6 months prior and never bothered to notify patients of the new times. Then, when I tried to use our Health Care Spending Account, they accused me of trying to commit fraud! This year when I tried to make an appointment for a dental emergency for my child, they were going to book it 3 weeks out and I asked if I could go to a different dentist and she said no. So I begged for an earlier appointment and yes, at this point I was aggitated. She returned to the phone to yell at me "Why are you waiting so long!" To which I yelled back "You're the one who won't get my child it!" She consulted with the office manager, returned to the phone and said "Our office manager says you need to go somewhere else." Seriously?! Avoid this office like the plague.
