Experienced Help Wanted

I have been to the new Panera Bread Co. in Simi Valley twice now. The first time I got a wonderful bagel and a Chai Tea Latte served in a big mug. I really enjoyed that experience. However, my second visit did not go as smoothly. The help did not have much experience and seemed nervous and young. It took a long time to get the order right and the my Chai Tea latte was a bit on the cold side. I think since it is still fairly new, they just need to get in a groove.
