I have had a tax debt for many years, I kept putting my head in the sand and was afraid to actually find out what I owed. I finally contacted Platinum and they did an investigation and pulled all my transcripts and told me what the best resolution plan would be for me. They even applied the investigation fee towards my resolution fee. What a relief. I would have saved money if I dealt with it sooner because of the Penalties involved.

The people at Platinum were very helpful and knowledgeable. they were very patient with me while I tried to find my paperwork to file my taxes. I was very pleased with their service.
