I went to the Simi Valley Post office yesterday. Waited in line for 20 minutes. The employees seemed to want to have a chat with every customer ahead of me. When It was my turn, the postal employee told me I need to fill out some forms to complete my shipment. I was so fustrated that I left without shipping my package. I needed to go the the grocery store. Next door I noticed a Postal Annex. There was no line inside so I took my package into the store and asked the employee to ship my package. Lauren the employee was so nice. She entered the information where my package was going and told me that I could ship my package UPS at a fraction of the cost the Post Office was going to charge me. Laren completed all of the paperwork to ship my package and I was done in less than 5 minutes. What a difference. Less aggravation than waiting in line at the Post Office and I saved money. Next time I need to ship a package, my first stop will be the Postal Annex.
